Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Due to the personalization and customization of all products, orders are Not Refundable and can not be exchanged. Please DOUBLE CHECK your customized details and/or photo before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer error. If you believe you have received a defective item or an item where we made a mistake or you received the wrong item, please send an email within 2 days of delivery to hello@customgiftbar.com and let us know so we can swiftly remedy the issue. 

Cancellations

Once your order is placed, its prepared for production. Once we start production on your order, there is no cancellations. If you contact us within 30 minutes from the time you placed your order and production has not started on your order then we may cancel your order and send you a refund minus any fees we may incur.
